👋 My name is Clara, I like to work with startups, empower small teams to do UX, and build strategies for sustainability.
I’m currently available for different types of consulting engagements. 👇
After graduating from McGill University with a BSc in Physiology (the study of the human body’s many systems), I started working for a small startup called Return Magic. As their first employee, I managed customer support and started bridging the gap between our users and the developers on the team (and wore many other hats 👒).
Return Magic was then acquired by Shopify, and I got the opportunity to formalize my UX learnings. I built a strong expertise in product design during my time there, achieving the role of Senior Product Designer.
Today, I work with smaller companies in many different industries to help them build user-centric and sustainable products.
My goal is to empower everyone on a team to talk about UX and help you create a culture focused on sustainability through many different lenses.

A collaborative session where you show me your current product and we talk experience and design improvements, vision, and strategy.

A 3-day workshop during which your team learns the fundamentals of design thinking or a sustainability framework and apply them to your product or idea.
